This is a great experience early in the day. If the sky is clear you can see for miles. Take a pair of binoculars and have an extremely great view. The train is timely and it is worth the wait if you ever have too. I've been several times and there is always something new.

This railway takes you up Lookout Mountain in Chattanooga, Tennessee. It used to be the only form of transportation up and down the mountain in bygone days for some people. Now it is a great stop in your travels trough downtown. The pictures you can take from the top are breathtaking!!
