The first time I walked through the doors of Unity, I felt God's presence. The music, the lighting, the pastor's voice and words of prayer made me feel a warm sense of peacefulness and belonging. My soul found a home. I have looked for a church and a religion that matched what I knew to be true intuitively - that God is in and around us all the time. The Unity principles teach believers how to use their energy constructively; how to connect to God-energy outside of our limited mental world of conditioned beliefs and reactions.
